She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Glen and Sally Jean Woods Ware; her siblings, Elizabeth Dawn "Lisa" Simmons and Steve Ware; and her nephews, Josh and Tyler Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Breanna Williams of Bridgeport and Katelyn Jones (Matthew Sullivan) of Bridgeport; her grandsons, Logan and Jaxxen Sullivan; her sisters, Cindy Ware of Buckhannon and Sandy Lockwood (John Taylor) of Flatwoods; and her nieces, Mandy (Dawn) of Buckhannon and Kenzie "Tator Tot" Ware.
