She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Paugh and Marie Paugh; her husband William "Cork" Blackwell; her siblings, Richard "Dick" Paugh (Mickey), Gary Paugh and Janice Paugh; and her nephew Ron Paugh.

She is survived by: her niece Becky Kozul (Forrest) of Fairmont; her great-nephew Austin of Shinnston; and her sister-in-law Barbara J. Blackwell of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by several close friends and former co-workers.
