He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Zeithaml and Ruth Zeithaml; and his sister Jean Gibbons (Donald Gibbons). He is survived by: his wife Olivene Walker Zeithaml; his sons, Jim Zeithaml and Bill Zeithaml; his daughter-in-law Glenda Zeithaml; and his nephew Daniel Lane (Linda Lane). He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
