Dutchess (Bridgeport, West Virginia), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on July 15, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle E. Dutchess and Elizabeth Reynolds Dutchess; and his former wife Marie J. Mascaro Dutchess. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Stanley Dutchess; his daughter Holly Austin (Mike) of Lancaster, Ohio; his grandson John Michael Austin; his stepson Kenny Stanley (Becky); his stepgranddaughter Katelyn Marie Stanley; his brothers, Denny Dutchess (Nancy) of Stonewood and Kenny Dutchess (Libby) of Charleston; and his sister-in-law Betty Crowley (Rick) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
