He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey Kelley and Edna Kelley (Nestor); his spouse Jean Marsh; his brother Charles Homer Kelley (Betty); and his foster brother Thomas Lewis (Jean).
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Kelley (Nancy) and Tammy Hefner (Greg); his grandchildren, Amber Gatewood (Mark), Ashley Workman (Evan), Megan Bobby (Brian), Matthew Hefner (Lisa Dillinger) and Amanda Sweet (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Easton Workman, Ava Schultz, Brayden Bobby, Landon Bobby, Tucker Sweet, Archer Workman, Isaac Hefner, Harley Gatewood, Ashton Bobby and Ayden Hefner.
