She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Bohon and Norma Williams Bohon; and her father-in-law Kyle Chapman. She is survived by: her husband John Chapman; her children, Samantha Koreski (Michael) of Bridgeport, Dr. Kyle Chapman (Kristen) of Morgantown, John Ethan Chapman (Emily) of Quiet Dell, Loudeline Chapman of Tampa, FL and Loochatson Chapman of Ft. Liberte, Haiti.; her sister Cindy Bohon Casten; and her mother-in-law Virginia Mae Chapman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
