She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hawk and Mary Hawk Bruce (Fasset); her husband James "Jim" Fouse; and her siblings, Cheryl Hernandez and Charles Hawk.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Ryan Fouse (Cathy), Gregrey Brian Fouse (Kathleen), Robert Douglas Fouse (Bridget) and Karilynne Sue Pryor (Randall). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
