It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Jeannette Fetty of Bridgeport, West Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Chuck Sandy; her son Lloyd Dodd; and her sister Connie Bailey. She is survived by: her mother Anne Frances Hardbarger Moats of Clarksburg; her close friend Don Dale Davidson; her daughter Crystal Starkey of Clarksburg; her grandchildren, Levi, Chase Starkey, Dalton and Anthony Dodd; and her siblings, Lydia Woodward (Aubrey) of Bridgeport, David Sandy, Denny Sandy, Bobby Moats and Philip Hart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
