Waugh, Sr.; her children, Eugene Waugh (Karen) of Kettering, OH, Bob Waugh (Lisa) of Bridgeport and Cynthia Turner (Steve) of Chesterfield, VA; her grandchildren, Robert Waugh (Chelsea Erwin), Wesley Muto (Nicole), Jaclyn Waugh (Wyatt Huihui), Lindsey Waugh Mayle (Jared Williams) and Katie Wolford (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Brynna, Adler Mayle, Nika, Kash, Kane Howard, Rubie Waugh and Chase Wolford; her siblings, Sherman Goodwin (Connie) and Marjorie Chewning (Arnold); and her siblings-in-law, Ima Goodwin and John Lee of Gaines, WV.
