She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Goots and Geraldine J. Mayle Goots; her grandmother Isabel Goots; and her brothers, John F. Goots and Timothy L. Goots.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Rush (Rob) of Bridgeport and Christie Cogar (Jonah) of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Ashley Todd, Michaela Hitchens, Noah Newman, Joseph Butcher III, John Robert Rush III and Avyn Newman; her great grandchildren, Rosalia, Kennedy, John Morgan, Theodora and Arabella; her siblings, Michael Goots (Melissa) of Mount Clare, Paul Goots (Robin) of Beckley, Tonia Griffin (Ken) of Morgantown, Tina Bulka (John) of Bridgeport, Gina Harris (Jimmy) of Morgantown and Angela Goots of Scranton, PA; and her close friend James I. Murray of Mount Clare. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
