He is survived by: his sons, David Michael (Betsy) of Severna Park, MD and Jeff Michael (Lisa); his grandchildren, Samantha Hale (Derek), Addison Michael (Jen), Alexia DePiano (Alex) and Bess Michael; his great grandchildren, Gavin Hale, Gracelyn Hale, Graham Hale, Julian Michael, Josephine Michael, Eliza Michael and Adalai DePiano; his nephew Greg Michael; and his niece Jane Reynolds (George) of Fairmont.
