He is survived by: his children, Michel Fowler of Thorpe, W. V., Lisa and Jesse Miller of Bluefield, V. A.; and his siblings, Betty Camden, Shirley (Bishop F. D. Sexton), Sylvia (Bobby Phillips), Virginia Jones, Ralph (Kathy Fowler), Jairus Fowler, Jimmy Fowler, Sue (Boyd Fowler Jr.) and Kenneth Ray (Cricket Fowler). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
