He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Judy, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Elaine Cross Judy; his children, Cody Allen Judy (Jessica Kerns), Caleb Tyler Judy (Tracey) of Bradenton, FL and Mallorie Brooke Judy of Beverly; and his siblings, Charles Jay Judy, Jr. (Kathy) of Elkins and Kimberly Dawn Lloyd (Marshall) of Beverly.
