He was predeceased by: his parents, William Asa and Jane Wright Carr; and his daughter Terry Annette Carr. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Lynn Rickard of Martinsburg and Lauren Marie Martin of Bunker Hill, WV; and his grandchildren, Cammron Shorb of Waynesboro, PA, Robert Darnell of Bunker Hill, Kaitlyn Martin of Bunker Hill, Carly Darnell of Capon Bridge, WV and Alexander Rickard of Martinsburg.
