She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond McKinley and Mamie Estella Peck Steiner; her husband Oscar Emmert Payne; her daughter Victoria Payne Nichols; her grandson Larry Hudson Weber; and her siblings, Delores Jean Steiner, Juanita Kay, Geneva Steiner, Raymond "Monk" Steiner, Jr., Oliver Steiner, Morgan Steiner and William Steiner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
