He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Virgil Miller and Ruth Marie Tritapoe. He is survived by: his daughter Mandy May Miller of Berkeley Springs; his granddaughter Payton May Miller of Berkeley Springs; and his siblings, Katherine Miller-Yetter of Hagerstown, MD, Lucy Miller of Berkeley Springs, Rodney Miller of Berkeley Springs, Michael Foltz of Hagerstown, MD and Jonas Foltz of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
