Boyer; his daughter-in-law Samantha Boyer of Hancock, MD; his daughter Rebecca D. Noe; his son-in-law Chris Noe of Martinsburg, WV; his stepdaughter Amy Marie Spinks of Kentucky; and his pet Precious.
