She is survived by: her siblings, Cherry Lane Bernhard (Raymond), Samuel Jefferson Swink II of Berkeley Springs, Calvin Ray Swink (Donna Jean) of Berkeley Springs and Michael Lee Swink (Diane) of Berkeley Springs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
