He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lynn Young Butts; his children, Matthew Columbus Butts of Berkeley Springs, Ethan Lathaniel Butts (Cathi) of Martinsburg and Brooke Rebecca Payne (Michael) of Berkeley Springs; his sister Janet Sue Sisler (Jim) of Moorefield, WV; his sister-in-law Barbara Sue Kyne (Paul) of Berkeley Springs; his grandchildren, Emily Brooke Butts of Martinsburg, Taylor Ellen Souders of Tacoma, WA, Andrew Wesley Butts of Berkeley Springs, Jacob Michael Payne of Berkeley Springs, Katherine Ruth Payne of Berkeley Springs, Clara Marie Payne of Berkeley Springs, Adam Maxwell Payne of Berkeley Springs and Sara Rebecca Butts of Berkeley Springs; and his great grandchild Calvin James Stone of Martinsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
