He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Earl, Sr. and Ethel Marie Ervine Ball; and his brother Kenneth Woodrow Young. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Louise "Ceil" Jones Ball; his son David Brian Ball of Fayette County, WV; and his siblings, Linda Marie Feaga of Williamsport, MD and Michael Ray Ball of Westminster, MD. He is also survived by two grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
