She is survived by: her husband Richard E. "Rick" Adams; her children, Marshall G. Engle of Martinsburg, WV, Deanna E. Bowers of Berkeley Springs, WV and Sandra R. "Sandy" Adams (Jamie) of Berkeley Springs, WV; and her grandchildren, Cassie, Emily, Audrey, Michael and Jordan.
