He is survived by: his mother Lucy Deborah Robinson Cox of Berkeley Springs; his wife Ronnica Kay Mincher Dishman; his children, Ethan Dennis James Dishman, Willow Grace Dishman and Willie Frelon Grover Nutter; his siblings, Nina Ruppenthal of Berkeley Springs, Brooke Cox of Berkeley Springs, Kylee Cox of Hedgesville, WV and Richard Cox of Berkeley Springs; and his parents-in-law, Wilford and Marsha Rhodes Mincher of Berkeley Springs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
