Carol Jackalee Harbaugh Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jackalee Harbaugh of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on October 3, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wesley and Beulah Margaret Walls Mowery; and her siblings, Dorothy Jean Spring, Donald Richard Mowery and Larry Wesley Mowery.
She is survived by: her close friend Donald Lee Miller of Cross Junction, VA; her children, Wesley Todd Mowery of Berkeley Springs, Lonnie Jay Harbaugh of Berkeley Springs, Keith Wayne Harbaugh, Sr. of Berkeley Springs, Tammy Lynne Barth of Suffolk, VA and Leonard Frank Harbaugh, Jr. of Martinsburg, WV; and her brothers, Terry Lee Mowery of California, Jack Thomas Mowery of Ohio and Stephen Harry Mowery of Berkeley Springs. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
