With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Lee Conkey Sr. of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Bath, New York, who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Alexander Conkey and Juanita Gould Conkey Hallett; his wife Ona Lee Conkey; his daughter Carla Ann Coble; and his brother George F. Conkey.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Smith of Great Cacapon, WV, Anita L. Day of Hedgesville, WV and Arthur L. Conkey, Jr. of Berkeley Springs; and his siblings, Clair Conkey of South Carolina and Joan Conkey of Berkeley Springs. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
