He is survived by: his wife Christina of Washington; his children, Dwayne (Angie) of Winfield and Tammy Lynn Balser (Robert Lee) of Cedar Grove; and his siblings, Darrell of Blount, Harley of Kentucky, Betty Stevens of Cinco and Ferrell Ratliff of Blount. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
