He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Stover and Bessie Ewing Stover; and his siblings, Paulette Williams, David and Wilburn.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Wooten Stover; his sisters, Evetta Williams of Bolt, WV and Aline Williams of Artie, WV; and his daughters, Crystal and Carrie of Beckley.
