Jude (Michelle) of Iaeger, WV; her siblings, Debbie Blankenship (David) of Baisden, WV., Carmella Salmons (Terry) of Baisden, WV., Katrina Morgan (Ray) of Simon, WV., Pamela Dingle (Brian) of Mentor, Ohio, Steven Cline (Sherry) of Baisden, WV and Jerry Cline (Gail) of Baisden, WV; her niece Misty Toler; and her caregivers, Farrah of Logan Center, Tyler of Logan Center and Lisa of Logan Center. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other dear relatives and friends.
