It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Harlan Justice of Baisden, West Virginia, born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Justice and Arvilla Justice (Cline); his daughter Cassidy Faith Justice; his brothers, Sheldon Todd Justice and Leland Justice; his brother-in-law Jeff Carter; and his grandparents, Phil, Hattie Cline, Lonnie and Lydia Justice.
He is survived by: his wife Danielle Justice; his daughters, Destiny Hatfield (Zachary) of Gilbert and Dereka Justice (David Rice) of South Charleston; his grandchildren, Colton, Mason and Gracelyn Hatfield; his parents-in-law, George Wooten Sr. of Oceana and Danice Watts (Chuck) of Florida; his sister Melissa Carter (David Bennett) of Baisden; his niece Farrah Hunt (Billy) of Delbarton; and his brothers, Weston Cline, Randy Layne and Shan White (Bubba). He is also survived by three best friends.
