He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bevins (Lester); his daughters, Heather Cline and Kandice Bevins; his grandsons, Jeffrey Dylan Cline and Logan David Cline; and his brother Johnny Bevins (Rachel Bevins). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
