She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Aldine and Gladys Marie Harsh (Smith); her husband Francis H. Starr; her children-in-law, Danny Thomas and Missy Starr; her grandsons, William Jamison and Jay Jamison; and her siblings, Dale Harsh, Richard Harsh and Linda Liston.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee Starr of Rockhill, NC, Shirley Faith Thomas, Largo, Virginia Diane Casto (Alan) of Dresden, OH and Debra Lynn Krites (Bob) of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hartley (Cory), De Eshelman (Chad), Larry Harvey (Jessica), Candi Hurley (Sean), Billy Krites, Todd Starr (Rhonda), Jessica Starr, Sara Whittaker (Damon) and Adam Starr; and her siblings, Lyle Harsh (Mary Ann) of Rootstown, OH and Eldean Poling of Aurora, WV.. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren; 18 Great-Great Grandchildren.
