He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Maggie Taylor Lewis of Ansted; and his brother Clarence Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Lena Lewis of Ansted; his brother Bernard Lewis of Dallas; and his nephew Hammond Lewis of Brooklyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other friends.
