He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Legg and Hilda Legg. He is survived by: his wife Judy Benson; his children, Robert Benson (Lynn), Sherri Rose and Jennifer Scarbrough (Steven); his grandchildren, Michael (Allison), Ericka (Gabe), Damian, Jordan, Jacob, Kaden, Mia, Rilan and Levi; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Bella.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
