She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Bragg and Wilda Cole Bragg; her husband Herbert Withrow; her brother Cordell Bragg; and her granddaughter Monica Withrow.
She is survived by: her children, Herbert Withrow II (Christine), Melvin Withrow (Libby) of Ansted, Rosanna Withrow, Tena (Melvin), Terry Withrow, Mark Withrow (Tina), Rocky Withrow (Kristi) of Ansted and Cindy Hayes (Herbert) of Ansted; her nephew Davy Skaggs; her grandchildren, Misty Taylor (Daniel), Jessica Wilson (Jonathon), Kevin Withrow (Meagan), Shawn Conrad, Dacota George (Ashley), Corey Withrow, Hunter Withrow, Samatha Withrow, Vanessa Coy, Emily Withrow, Samuel Coy and Allison Coy; her great grandchildren, Jay Parker and Mason Parker; and her sisters, Rita Clacker and Penny Cummins (David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
