He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Marie (Kincaid); his son Ronnie; and his siblings, Reg, Ralph, Lyle, Jack, Jimmy, Yula Durrett, Nyra Dixon, Faye Thorn and Nina Sterling.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Jr., Andre Martin (Tom), Mitch (Ava) and Sue Zemba (Stephen); his grandchildren, David, Mark, Steve (Cindy), Stephanie Nickell (Johnny), Ian (Susan), Caleb (Kayla), Keilee Rogers (Wilbur), Casey Cleveland (Jason), Brittney, Shannon White (Don), Mary Skeens, Krissye Kerns (Mitchell), Mitchie (Charity), Susan, Joey (Jenny), Kimberlee (Ben), Jenny Dixon (John), Alison Plouffe (Casey) and Ashley Zemba; his siblings-in-law, Mike Kincaid (Juanita) and Ramona Kincaid; his nieces, Holly and Jane; and his friend Joyce. He is also survived by 44 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
