She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Leake and Bernadette Leake; her husband Ivan H. Scarbro; her daughter Betty Louise; and her siblings, Clarence, William, Edgar, Norman, Kenneth, George, Dorothy and Nellie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Skaggs (Mark) of Summersville, Beverly Cameron (Dan) of Victor and Debbie Foster (James) of Warsaw, OH; her brother-in-law James Scarbro; her grandchildren, Josh, Shane, Kassandra, John, Jamie, Jennifer, Mark, Eric and Stefanie; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Alex, Haley, Katie, Isaiah, Ruthie, Lucas, Marley, Lilly, Griffin, Reese, Abby and Natalie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Bowers Hospice House at 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, WV 25801, or to the Fayette County Committee on Aging at 108 Lewis Street, Oak Hill, WV 25901.
