It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin W Howell of Alderson, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Howell and Bernice Howell; and his grandparents, Booker Howell, Gracie, Dewey Johnson, Russell Wingo, Frank and Lottie Perry.

He is survived by: his wife Amy Howell; his daughters, Serena Blizzard and LaCrisha Ramirez (Shane); his brothers, Jay Howell and Eddie Howell (Kim); his grandchildren, Kendra Ellen Blizzard and Donald Ray Feltner III; his sister-in-law Addie Burns; and his friends, Elmer Williams, J. C. Smith and Dempsey Browning. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
