She was predeceased by: her father Leslie Walker; her brother Bernard Walker; her son Ricky Cook; and her grandson Shane Yancey. She is survived by: her mother Irene 'Mub Walker of Orient Hill, WV; her children, Kelly McGuire-Barker of Venice, FL, Dwayne Cook (Kim) of Chesapeake and Angela Fox of Marfrance, WV; her brothers, Randy Walker of Mount Airy, NC and Kermit Walker of Lewisburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Bryan, Dayla and Andrew.
