It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hobart Clark Stafford (Alderson, West Virginia), who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Constance and Charlotte Burleson Stafford; and his brothers, Ray and Eugene Stafford. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Loretta Stafford; his children, Mark A. Stafford of Terra Alta, Timothy C. Stafford of East Bank and Ester DeAnn of East Bank; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lynne Stafford, Matthew Owen Stafford, Tyler Bell, Aaron Conrad Stafford and Andrew Connor Stafford; and his sister Zelda Mae Stafford-Porter of Florida.
