He was predeceased by: his father Hobert Lewis; his sister Drema Kay Lewis; and his grandparents, Alva "Red" Shawver, Hazel Shawver, George Lewis and Ethel Lewis.
He is survived by: his mother Samuella Shawver Lewis of Alderson, W. V; his siblings, Craig Lewis (Brenda Lewis) of Fort Spring, W. V, Mark Lewis (Carolyn Lewis) of Forest Hill, W. V, Dinah Lewis King (Elvis "Buddy" King) of Dallas, Lisa Lewis Stacy (William "Bill" Stacy) and W. Va; his aunt Nancy Shawver of Fairlea, W. V; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer King Welton, Sarah Stacy, Jennifer Stacy Taylor, Jason King, Adam Lewis and Luke Stacy. He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and many cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed, with mask and social distancing encouraged.
