He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Farren. He is survived by: his mother Anna Diem Farren of Virginia; his wife Bonnie Sue Dixon Farren; his daughters, Susan Byers (Pat Davis) and Sarah Browning (Joey) of Alderson, WV; his brother Bill Farren (Ada) of Alderson, WV; his grandchildren, Lane Hayes (Elaine Fox), Garrett Byers, Austin Byers (Albany Brown), Landon and Logan Hayes; his stepgrandchildren, Chase Browning (Sammy Hockenberry) and Matthew Browning; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Accord, Justin Davis and Malena Fox.
Due to the regulations associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, and out of love and respect for extended family and friends, a memorial service will be held later.
