He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Foster and Besse May Hammonds Sigmon; his wife Hazel Louise Chapman Sigmon; and his siblings, Delma May Sigmon Persinger, Brenda Sue Sigmon and Harold Foster Sigmon.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven Lester Sigmon and David Owen Sigmon; his brother Gerald Edward Sigmon; and his grandchild Shannon Krokos.
