Betty Lou Staton Hizer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Staton Hizer of Alderson, West Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lee and Bessie Ellen Kirby Staton; her husband Calvin M. Hizer; her son Calvin M. Hizer Jr.; and her siblings, Emery L., Richard Stanton, Thelma Mae Staton Brooks and Louise V. Bryan.
She is survived by: her daughter Shirley L. Garten (Bernard P.) of Alderson; her sister Pearl Martin of Lindside; her granddaughter Kayla M. Garten of Alderson; and her great grandchild Antonio Garten. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
