She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Jarzemski and Charlotte Jarzemski (Pittman); her sister Susan Krueger; and her daughter-in-law Rumi Nakamura Luebke. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Kimberly Bolligar (Donald) of Phoenix, AZ and Scott Luebke of Winter Garden, FL; her brothers, David Jarzemski of Jefferson, SD and Donald Jarzemski of LaCrosse, WI; and her grandchildren, Miya, Hali Luebke and Jeremy Bolligar.
In Lieu of flowers, Sarah's family requests that charitable donations be made to the UW Carbone Cancer Center specifying Pancreatic Cancer Research.
