Rice; his wife Marilyn Neil; his sons, Gary Stokely and Patrick Rice; his siblings, Mike, Bob and Betty Wills; his grandson Wesley Rice; his great grandchild Sophie; his children, Mark Rice (Gayle) of Holland, MI., Cheryl Fry (Steven) of Reedsburg, WI., Barbara Bloom (Gene) of Tomah, WI., Joyce Dritlein (Duane) of Chicago, IL, William Rice Jr. and Jodie Miller (Jim) of Tomah, WI.; and his brother Richard "Dick" Rice.
The family requests that memorials be given to the St. Croix Hospice in Bill's Memory.
