He was predeceased by: his father Charles Ross. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Barkes; his children, Landon and Natalie; his mother Gail Gallagher (George) of Delavan; his brother Travis Ross of Williams Bay; his grandfather John Ennis (Charlene) of Elroy, WI; his stepsiblings, Eric Gallagher (Stacy) of Sharon and Kelly Gallagher; his parents-in-law, Julie Rice of Delavan and Rick Barkes (Beth); and his siblings-in-law, Laura Nielsen (Adam) of Williams Bay, Michael Barkes (Amanda) of Williams Bay, Nick and Matt Barkes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Kip's family to help with a scholarship fund.
