He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Tenyer and Irma Tenyer (Heyer); his former wife Patricia Salto; and his sisters, Irma Costner, Martha Andre and Nancy Adcock.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, James Tenyer (Karen), Melody Ferruzzi (Bob) and Rachel Broadhead (Paul); his stepdaughters, Karen Schaefer (Kevin) and Kristine Rupp (Bill); his grandchildren, Michael Tenyer (Elizabeth), Jennifer Tenyer, Alex Ferruzzi (Breanna), Cooper Ferruzzi, Paxton Ferruzzi, Mitchell Broadhead, Jackson Broadhead, Monica Broadhead and Brock Broadhead; his great grandchildren, Tucker and Eleanore Tenyer; his stepgrandchildren, Bailey, Tristan Schaefer, Bill (Maggie), Matthew, Alyssa Rupp and Brandin Arndt; his sister Anne DePaul; and his brother-in-law David Nuesse (Patricia).
The family asks for memorials to be given in George's honor to First Evangelical Lutheran Church or New Life East Lutheran Church in Kenosha, WI.
