She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow, Sr. Maddix and Harriet Maddix (Rosio); and her siblings, Sharon Menting, Barbara Maddix, Phillip Maddix, Sr., Woodrow Maddix, Jr. and Gary Maddix.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest DeClark; her children, Lacy Zamora (Adam) of Antigo, Darwin DeClark (Patty) of Polar and Darriel DeClark (Kati) of Antigo; her siblings, Pat Zaverousky (Sam) of Antigo, Rob Maddix (Theresa) of Custer and James Maddix of Tomah; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Maddix of Bryant and Carol Maddix of Bryant. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
