She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Temple and Amaryllis Temple (Shipley); and her siblings, Nancy Morales and Henry Williams. She is survived by: her children, Jordan Heistad (Julie), Jessica Mason (Norman) of Antigo and Nicole Carrillo (Silvestre) of Antigo; and her siblings, Joanne Kirsch (Robert), Roxanne Leonard (Fred), Rita Raisor (Dean) and Tom Temple. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
