He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret; his wife Eudora; his son Douglas; and his siblings, Vernon, Herman, Sylvester, Edward, Katherine Schmitz, Henry, Robert, Elnora and Marie.
He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Antony; his children, Gary Kast of La Crosse, Tonya "Sis" Marsh of Bangor, Paul Kast (Sue) of Mindoro, Karen Kast (Mike Abbott) of Sparta, Roger Kast (Dawn) of Onalaska, Steve Kast of Tomah and Doris Johnson (Tony) of Mindoro; his daughter-in-law Dawn Kast of West Salem; and his sister-in-law Bertha Geier. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
