It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette F. Cook-Kroll of West Salem, Wisconsin, born in Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Prindle and Mary Prindle (Perkins); her former husband Leon J. Cook; her spouse Erv Kroll; her daughter Janet Hansen; her grandsons, Paul Hansen and Kevin Hansen; and her son-in-law Edmond Knudtson.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Knudtson of Bangor, Rita Thompson (Virgil) of West Salem and Bill of La Crosse; her grandchildren, Jessica Butterfield, Josh Cook, Mellissa Withrow, Heather Cook, Amanda Cook, Mike Thompson, Greg Thompson, Kevin Thompson, Deann Elliott, Vicki Brenstein, Scott Knudtson, Kathy Bethel, Mark Hansen and Fred Hansen; her great grandchildren, Samantha Hansen, Shiann LeRoy, Paul Hansen, Arjun Thompson, Amber Rhodes, April Klum, Cole Brenstein, Dylan Knudtson, Alex Knudtson, Ashlee Tri, Nichole Bethel, Ethan Hansen, Caleb Hansen, Zack Brumer, Arianna Butterfield, Piper Cook, Xander Olson, Conner Withrow, John Withrow and Rachael Withrow; and her great great grandchildren, Jayden Bethel, Harley Bethel, Tanner Bethel, Walter LeRoy, Harper Tri, Jackson Tri, Clayton Rhodes and Evan Klum.
In lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy memorials are preferred.
